SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

• Once an order has been shipped, SheSmoke Accessories is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

• Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

• Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, incorrect orders, or delayed delivery.

• Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

 

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

• To be eligible for review, customers must provide:

– Order number

– Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

– Original packaging

• Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit, at our sole discretion. Refunds are not issued.
